About us

The City of Kingston is south-east of Melbourne and is approximately 20km from Melbourne's CBD. We employ over 1,450 people in a diverse range of roles including engineering, customer service, administration, finance, family, youth and children's services, sport and recreation, health, parks and gardens, planning, arts and management.

The role

The City of Kingston has decided to internalise the parking enforcement service that it provides for the community. This change requires the support of a new team, to be led by the Team Leader Parking Services. 

About you

We are looking for someone who is highly organised and motivated, with strong communication skills to be able to effectively lead and coordinate a team. 

Knowledge of the legislative framework in which parking and road safety operates and experience in parking enforcement is essential to your success, as are your leadership skills.  Familiarity with the systems and processes used within council would be advantageous.

You will model the ‘Customer First’ culture of the City of Kingston and instil this within your team. You will work directly with the Manager Compliance and Amenity to achieve a cohesive and constructive workplace culture that reflects the values of the Organisation.
